At Hook & Horns Outfitters, we take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:
Because many of our products are made-to-order, custom items and sale items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
